Items must be returned as a tracked package, and customers are required to provide us with the tracking number.

The item must be unused, and in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns of items that have slightly different colors then depicted on our webpage, as color variances are a natural occurrence that result from the tanning processes we use.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD?
No, gift cards are non-refundable.
DO I NEED TO INCLUDE A RECEIPT ALONG WITH THE RETURN ITEM?
You do not need to include a receipt or any additional information along with the return item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once the item is accepted in our warehouse, it typically takes about 7 business days to process.
DO YOU EXCHANGE OR REPLACE ITEMS?
We exchange or replace items if they meet the above criteria, or if they are defective or otherwise damaged.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROVIDE A WARRANTY FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS?
No, we do not accept returns or provide warranties for items that were not purchased directly through us.
No refunds will be given on any clearance collection purchases. Sales are final.
