WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?
Yes. Immediately after an order is completed your credit card will be charged. Customers will receive a confirmation email of their payment.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify an order, as we typically ship order 2 to 4 days after receiving them. If we have already shipped your order, you will have to initiate the return process.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, although customers are responsible for any custom fees that may be applied.
HOW CAN I APPLY PROMO CODES TO MY ORDER?
Please enter the code in the discount box when submitting your order. Promo codes can only be used once, and all have an expiration date. We do not accept promo codes which have expired.
WHY DID YOU NOT SEND ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?
There is a significant chance that the confirmation email may have ended up in your SPAM folder. Please check there. If you still have not received a confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

THERE IS AN ERROR WITH MY ORDER
We are very sorry. This does not happen often, but when it does we want to make sure that we are able to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. Frequently this will simply require that you send us a picture of our mistake so we can verify your claim and call you so that we can work to correct it.
