Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can get a return/refund 14 days from the date the order was delivered, simply provide us via email with your order number, full name, and product feedback.

HOW DO I BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS?

In order to initiate the return process, please contact us at support@denalileathergoods.com. 

Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Customers have a window of 14 days from the date the order was delivered to request and begin the return process via email.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ASSOCIATED RETURN FEES?

Customers assume the responsibility for any return shipping fees incurred during the return process. Return shipping labels are not provided by us. 

WHAT METHOD SHOULD I USE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Items must be returned as a tracked package, and customers are required to provide us with the tracking number.

WHAT CONDITION MUST THE RETURN ITEM BE IN?

The item must be unused, and in the same condition, it was received.  We do not accept returns of items that have slightly different colors then depicted on our webpage, as color variances are a natural occurrence that results from the tanning processes we use.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once the item is accepted in our warehouse, the refund takes 5-7 business days to be issued and/or reflected on your statement. It is issued to the original payment method use at the time the order was placed. 

DO YOU REPLACE ITEMS?

We cover replacements on orders only in case of manufacturer defects in leather workmanship and hardware by replacing your bag or a gift certificate if the bag is no longer available. **

**We reserve the right to ask for the product back. (Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging)**

- This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or any damages arising from daily use, similar but not limited to broken claps, changes in color, Breakage Peeling of the leather finish, and others.

- No refunds will be given on any clearance collection purchases. Sales are final.

- Products purchased as holiday gifts after November 15th will be eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card through January 15th.
